Choose the desired League from the navigation of the left. Then select one of the ladders and switch to their rankings.
If you are logged in and have signed up for the ladder, you will find a link "Challenge" in every line. Here you can choose the necessary settings such as the date and the time. You should, however, also contact your opponent via e-mail, IRC or ICQ.
